Enrollment in the network

To begin the automated enrollment process, you will submit a completed application by directly.  We may reject your site for any reason.  If you are individual, you must be at least the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your state, locality or jurisdiction ir which you reside) in order to become an member.
           

You are prohibited from submitting an affiliate network application if your site or service(s) are involved in unlawful activity or contain objectionable material including by way of example only: a site or services containing images or content that is in any way unlawful,harmful,threatening,defamatory,obscene,or otherwise legally prohibited, a site or services facilitating illegal activity or considered obscene or harmful to minors or not in compliance with applicable laws; a site or services promoting fraudulent, unlawful,misleading,or unfair business practices, a site or services promoting violence, a site or services that has sent unsolicited commercial e-mail at any time during the term of this agreement, a site or services promoting discrimination based on race,sex,religion,nationality,disability,or age, a site or incorporating any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright,trademarks,patents,or other intellectual property rights, or a services involving unfair competition (collectively “content restrictions”).

Parties’ Responsibilities - You are  solely responsible or the  Site(s), including all content and materials, maintenance and operation thereof, the proper implementation of Exxon’s specifications, and adherence to the terms of this Agreement, including compliance with the program policies. Exxon reserves the right to investigate, at its own discretion, any activity that may violate this Agreement including but not responsible for to any use of a software application to access Ads, links, search Results, or to complete any Referral Event, or any engagement in any activity prohibited by this Agreement. Exxon is not responsible for anything related to your Site(s), including without limitation the receipt of queries from end users of your Site(s) of the transmission of data between your Site(s) and Exxon. In addition, Exxon shall not be obligated to provide notice to you in the Even that any ad, link, Search Result, is not being
 Displayed property to, or Referral Event is not being completed properly by, end                       
 Users of the site(s).

Termination and Cancellation - Exxon has rights to cancel the membership at time without any prior notice. This program work is your own risk. If you work performance very good then online companies produce payment, if your work is bad, online companies will not pay the money, instead of your account will be terminated.

Exxon Technolgies will not guarantee for anything. Exxon does not guarantee that you will earn any revenue amount. So we are not guarantee for you income. EXXON TECHNOLOGIES is a training institute only. Exxon Technolgies has rights to change the terms and conditions at any time without any notice. Be aware after the site sales service will be given only basis of member’ behavior and interest. The member can not compel the management for anything to do. We are happy to do service for our reliable, good behavior, honesty and valuable members only. Be aware that this is not a get- rich –quick scheme. Exxon gives only some money making ideas, your work is through to internet.your dealing through to online advertisement companies. No Correspondence will entertained for site banned.

Service fees will not be refunded, utilized by the management.

Management has the sole right to disqualify the member of the following reasons:

      a) Member found guilty of being engaged in cross line activities.

      b) Member found guilty of spreading bad opinion about the Management and this       online program. Decisions of Management regarding termination of the member shall be final and binding on member and no suit can defiled against management decisions of terminating any member.

The Management shall have the sole discretion to take decision on any matter about the online postal communication. Management is not responsible for any delays missing in receipt delivery of couriers and postal communication. Exxon not guarantee for service and any financial related matters. Online companies will pay the money only for the exact promotion and based on performance. So in this regard Exxon not guarantee for your income. So the result is 100% based on your work performance. When your site gets banned, Exxon not commit any further communications regarding that banned site. Be aware Exxon simply making a site and placing foreign companies advertisement only. After that all the process related with members only. Exxon will not issue cheques to any members. We are not paying any person for promoting the sites. All the work related issues depend with members only. Service will be given based on own interest of our management. If our management identifies any members acting against our terms and condition immediately that the member will be suspended from Exxon. That member will not get any further service from our management. Exxon has rights to cancel the membership at any time without notice. Exxon will not premise any issue. Exxon serve best in the industry but once the member violate our condition immediately membership will get suspended.
